Hmm.... Seems like, some are forgiving enough, some are always bitching about what not, and some.... Let's just say, they don't fit into any descriptive phrases at all. Afterall, there's always a thing call 'balance' in this world. Right where we live in, everything is balanced by another.

Guess what? Singapore's service standard is drop dead lousy to the core and further in to the core of the core. Hah. Got muddled? Fear not, you don't have to reread the whole sentence for God knows how many times to get deciphered, cause you don't have to understand that. Just know that:
